At FusionKeys, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. However, due to the nature of digital products being intangible, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the developers and vendors who create the products we offer.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite you to review our policy on Cancellation & Refunds.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
If You have an issue with your order or you want to cancel your order, Contact us by sending an E-mail at: support@fusionkeys.store or message on WhatsaApp at: +1(825) 255 6780 & We may be able to cancel your order, if we haven't already processed it.
Eligibility For Refunds
We do not allow refunds for any purchases made through our website. All sales are final and non-refundable. Only refunds/exchanges are accepted when we are not able to fix your issue or unable to deliver your order or we have delivered wrong item . Any issue rather than this are non refundable.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.
We will consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Product Defect: If you encounter technical issues or defects that prevent you from using the product as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Purchase: In cases where you unintentionally purchase the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchases.
- Unable To Deliver: Refunds/exchanges are accepted when we are not able to Deliver your order or we have delivered wrong item.
Any issue rather than this are non refundable.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved:
- For Credit/Debit Card Payments: We will initiate the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
- For PayPal Payments: We will refund the purchase amount to your PayPal account within 14 days.
- For Crypto Payments: We will refund the purchase amount to your Crypto Wallet within 14 days.
- For UPI Payments: We will refund the purchase amount to your UPI Address within 14 days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
